Happy Easter!

Hope everyone had a great Easter today!

I know I did since I spent it at Wondercon. Speaking of which, I had an amazing weekend at Wondercon! I saw many amazing artists and awesome cosplay.

I'm telling ya, these cons can really wear you out with all the walking, but I'm glad that I can finally rest.

Design Class Designs: Character Drawing

To be honest, I was deciding to withhold this one from being posted because I forgot one important element of this assignment. Oh well. I don't think it's a big deal anyways. I saved this one for last because I thought it'd be a good transition to introduce some characters I've created that I use regularly.

This assignment is actually one of the first few assignments we ever did in class. What we had to do was choose any cartoon character, trace parts of them, and put those parts together to form our choice of character. We could have either chosen an existing character or scan a drawing. I chose to scan a drawing and this here's the end result:

What I forgot to include was the image where he was separated into different pieces, but I guess the "put-together" image is good enough.

Looking at it now, I notice that his right arm looks kind of long. It doesn't look too bad though.

Okay okay okay, I probably should've done this long ago, but I have several pages of random drawings I've done over the last several months that I now decide I want to post them on here. I'm an idiot, aren't I?
For this post, I posted a decent picture of some character doodles I've done. These characters(except the old man and the three figures to the right of him) will be seen in my next upcoming video I'm currently trying to work on.
The characters were actually created by a friend of mine, but I decided to draw them myself, since they are humorous little characters.
