Geez...

Well, first of all, Merry Christmas everyone! Even though I feel like I'm the only one who still comes back to this blog, I feel pretty glad I did. I mean, I didn't start this blog to be "the most popular blog EVUR," but just a place where I can do whatever.
I think I already covered that on the second post.
However! Going back to relating to this post's title, gawsh I should really post something on here. What good is an art blog without no drawings or anything from the author's blog?! It ain't right.
I'll try to be more active on here for the 2013th year; maybe even download that Blogger app on my phone, to make these things easier.
Also! By the way! There's a good chance I might join Youtube next year, now that I'm animating on the computer.
...well, I already have an account, but I only started that to try to get top comments on videos, heh heh heh. Most likely, I'll create a new account and post on there.

Mkay? Mkay. Holi Happidays.

Animation

Boy oh boy, it's been forever since I animated.
Besides the fact I'm currently in an animation class, I haven't animated anything in my free time at all.
Now that Flash is finally installed, I can go back to animating. Before, it would all take place on this little app on the Nintendo DSi called 'Flipnote Studio." It was an easy-to-use kind of app that I got the hang of really, really quickly. I've on the app for about three years(three years of animation under the belt right there), but I've been wanting to animate traditionally or on a computer. With Flash recently installed, I can finally animate in my free time again!
Maybe I can actually post something on Youtube now.

On To Business!

I created this blog to talk about my crazy creative world! So let's finally start!

Recently, I've been working on this idea about an intergalactic racing league(Let's abbriviate it to IRL for now). I've been a big fan on anything racing, but ironically, I'm not a fan of Nascar. But the IRL could be an exception. What this is is almost like Nascar, but racers race on twisty tracks and all drive futuristic-looking automobiles with very nutty designs.
I haven't drawn any of it down yet, but it's like the Pod Racing in Star Wars I with a combination of Sugar Rush(a game from Wreck-It Ralph) and the intensity of...of...well, as intense as watching your favorite sport team going to score the winning point in the last five seconds of the game.
I've been trying to formulate a story around this idea, but nothing generic, predictable or something done alrerady, like the main character entering the race to win the prize money for a loved one or proving his worthiness to someone; something like that.
I'm the kind of person that wants to create something totally new and something no one's ever heard; something original.

You'll find out soon I'm really big on originality.

It Has Arrived!

Ha ha! My Hoverboard has arrived in the mail!
I pre-ordered the board back in March 2012 and now, a few months later, it's here!

It looks exactly like the one in the movie and surprisingly, its got some weight to it. Although it does not hover(because it's a toy replica), it has whooshing effects that's directly from the movie. I'm just so excited that it's here, it's mine, and it's real!
Behold the glory of the Hoverboard!
Keep in mind I used "special" effects to give it the appearance
of hovering.

Finally!

Finally!
After a long time of debating whether to start up blog or not, I finally went out and started one! Ah yes, having a blog online. It's like owning a small piece of land on the Internet. You can do almost anything you want with it.
Hopefully, I'll use this blog often. I'll try to update it whenever I can and whatnot. So far, I'm new to the site and just exploring and playing around with the settings.
So for now, stay tuned.
