Guys. It's been two years already.
It's not even Halloween. Why is traffic for this post rising?

Old Sketchbook Pages 3
This selection includes playing around with drawing styles and more random doodles of Danielle with Daisy.
I think this is the time I started playing around with drawing in a different cartoon style. I'm still doing so even today! Also, I believe this is the time I also started looking for a good design for Daisy as well. I'm really happy with the final design for Daisy now, so looking back at how I used to draw her is really odd. So basic!
Oh yeah, and Danielle had that white dress for like a couple weeks. I can't believe I settled with that at the time. It's too plain.
I believe I may have started the coloring process around this time I think.

Old Sketchbook Pages 2
This selection features Marilyn doodles, a whole page of the main characters from Propinquity, and Robert with Mary.
Just like with Danielle's hairstyle, I wasn't really looking to changing the already set uniform design for her, but I just wanted to explore different possibilities. I have a feeling I already posted the second page here awhile ago, but here it is again! Lastly, we have some interaction between Marilyn and Robert. I really ought to show off even more character interaction drawings. They're so fun to do!

New Video in the Works
I gave myself a personal goal of completing three animated videos for this year. Today, I'd like to let you know that I started on the first video for 2017! It's currently in its rough stages for now, but you'll hear more about it as time goes on!
So excited to get back in animating another video!

Old Sketchbook Pages 1
I've been waiting to post sketchbook pages for a really long time. I've always wanted to show off the pages and doodles I'm currently doing in my sketchbook, so not too long ago on my personal social media pages I've started doing just that. However, I didn't start with my current sketchbook; I'm starting with my last sketchbook. The beginning of my last sketchbook started about two to three years ago, so you're gonna see some pretty old stuff. My guess is that we're starting sometime in late 2015 or early 2016; the sketchbook ends in July 2016, which is when my current sketchbook starts. I'll get to my current sketchbook eventually! Promise!
Since I've been posting these pictures to my personal social media accounts, I figured it'd make for pretty neat content to post on the blog! So to start off, here's the first couple of pages from my last sketchbook!
This was around the time I was trying to find a good redesign for Danielle, which was tough to land if you remember me complaining about it. At this time, I started messing around different hairstyles. I wasn't actually looking to change her hair, but I was curious with how else she would look like.
I think you'll probably be able to see the lead-up to when I finally nailed her redesign in the sometime future, which you already know how that turned out now.

Redoing an Angry Marilyn
Looking back at this drawing, I realized I'm not too happy by how it came out.
The fact that I made the image size a bit too small for my taste has been annoying me for some time, so I went back in and instead of resizing the image, I redrew it on a larger size.
The best thing about this version is that it's more closer to looking like the original sketch that the old version did. Go ahead and compare the two!

ARMS's Mechanica
Recently, the video game ARMS came out not too long ago and I've had the opportunity to play it before its release. At first, I wasn't too on board of the game, but after several matches, I was hooked!
Normally, I don't do fan art, but I made an exception this time.
Here comes Mechanica!
I highly recommend giving it a try if you get the chance to! Loads of fun!
